- Original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, dust bags, and product materials should be included when applicable.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and returned without wear marks, stains, odors, or damage.

Item Condition
Returned items must be in resellable condition. Items that are worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing required packaging may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Rules
